Leading Women Enterprises (LWE) is a management company providing unique services and products for women within the U.S. penal system — and for the agencies and organizations that support them.
Our mission is to empower women navigating the justice system by delivering high-quality information, resources, and products that help them succeed before, during, and after incarceration.
LWE also partners with and provides services to agencies, institutions, and organizations surrounding the penal system, helping to improve understanding, efficiency, and outcomes for those providing care, education, and support to incarcerated women.
Through our collaboration with the charity Women of Worth WOW, we offer a diverse range of initiatives — from books, podcasts, consulting, marketing, and educational programs — all designed to foster knowledge, empowerment, and reintegration.
Founded by individuals with firsthand experience in the justice system, LWE was built on a deep understanding of the critical gaps in information and resources available to women. Our founders’ personal journeys fuel our commitment to educating those entering prison, supporting those within it, and strengthening the services that surround the U.S. penal system.
